Every great wardrobe has one thing in common: the classics. The perfect blazer, the fitted trousers, the crisp white button-down, and so on. They’re not universaly the same, but these are essentially items that you feel great in, fit you well, and can be re-worn over decades.
You need to have classic pieces that you can re-wear every year (of course, if you remain the same size), and that you can style with different trends, colours, and throughout different seasons. I feel the same way about jewelry. You gotta have the staples in your collection, that you can wear over and over again.
