The pandemic has been wake up call in many ways. Being someone or knowing someone who has had to shut their doors and close their business affects daily life and the way we consume. Many have realized they want to do better by supporting local and shopping more conscientiously.
This holiday season support a local artist, restaurant or entrepreneur ❤️
Here are a few of my Montreal-based favourites.
Fashion
Vintage clothing & handmade jewelry. Gorgeous aesthetic.

Sustainable vintage and incredible upcycled clothing – gorgeous street style pieces. If you dig Frankie Collective, matching sets, or iconic Levi’s vintage jeans, this shop is for you.
A women’s clothing brand with a focus on sustainability and ethical practices. Each garment is hand made by their team in Montreal.
Jewelry
Artistic one-of-a-kind unisex sterling silver and gold jewelry. Lightweight and designed to wear every day.
Home
Turning beautiful sculpture into home items you can use. Vases, dishes, coasters, and more. This would make a super special gift.
Unreal flower shop in the plateau on Rachel Est. I’ve never seen flowers like this before this spot opened.
Made in Montreal crafted vases to bespoke household items. Sick stuff.
Visit in person – it’s super adorable – or shop online. They have a delivery service too.
Toronto-based and female owned company ~ my girl Vanessa curates a gorgeous selection of sustainable vintage home decor. We’ll be spending a lot more time at home, so make it somewhere you love being.
I made some cute soy wax non GMO candles – you can shop them here.
Beauty & Wellness
A stunning brick shop in Saint Henri, Montreal, that carries many clean beauty & skin care brands. They offer facials, nail art, and waxing too.
Two lovely sisters, that I’ve had the pleasure of working with on photo shoots, created a bomb skin care line. Their products are handcrafted in small batches, 100% natural, and free from additives and toxins.
Sayeh Gold – spiritual healer
I can speak from my experience with her, this woman is amazing! See more of what she offers on her Instagram.
A dreamy, holistic destination for beauty & wellness, located in Saint-Henri. Clean products, tailored facials, and more. They also carry great brands like Boy Smells, Grown Alchemist, and Wild Grace.
On Sherbrooke a block away from Vendome. A suuuper sleek, modern barbershop; treat your bae to a fresh cut or an old school razor shave.

Is there any better gift than a chocolate babka? This spot is the truth. They deliver so you can even send your gift straight to your loved person.
